Let me introduce myself

Over 20 years in international leadership roles, mostly in the mobility and tire industry. I’ve led organizations, launched new business models, helped companies grow across markets —and learned from some of the best.

Alongside that, I’ve held advisory and board-level roles, and contributed to projects across sectors —from startups to more established businesses. I also dedicate part of my time to volunteer work, which keeps me grounded and reminds me of very important things.

Working with people directly is what I most enjoy. And helping them grow. Challenging, listening. Cutting through the noise. And supporting them as they make decisions that matter —to their work and to their lives.

I believe in clarity. I believe in openness. And I believe in unlocking the value we all carry within.
